
Acknowledgement and Acceptance:
The use of the DOLAA™ App for On-Demand services and the TEER Mobility App for Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. By downloading the respective app and/or utilizing the services, you acknowledge and accept these terms, forming a contractual relationship between you (the User) and TEER Mobility Solution Pvt Ltd. Please read and understand these terms fully before using the app or the services.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must refrain from using the services or the app. These terms supersede any prior arrangements and may be updated by TEER Mobility. Continued use of the app or the services after updates constitutes acceptance of the amendments.
Definitions:
In these terms and conditions, the following terms apply:
- App: The TEER Mobility customer application available on Google Play and Apple iTunes stores.
- Booking: A confirmed agreement for TEER Mobility to pick up the User and transport them to an agreed location.
- Conditions of Carriage: Policies applicable to Users when using the Services, available on the TEER Mobility website.
- Service Region: The geographical zone where the service is available.
- Services: Provision of shuttle services by or on behalf of TEER Mobility within a dedicated region and available to be booked by the User.
- Operator: Refers to the Community Transport Company.
- User: Any individual downloading the App and/or using the Services.
- Vehicle: A vehicle used by Operator to provide the Services.
Description of the Services:
Account Requirements:
To access the Services, Users will need to create an account in the App or on the Operator website. The creation of an account will require the provision of Personal Information. Operator will treat all Personal Information provided by the User in accordance with our Privacy Policy – TEER Mobility Privacy Policy
By becoming a User, individuals warrant that they have the right, authority and capacity to enter into and abide by these terms and conditions and agree not to allow any other person access to their account.
TO BOARD A VEHICLE USERS MUST HAVE A BOOKING – Operator Vehicles will not, under any circumstances, pick up passengers hailing Vehicles or waiting at ranks. OPERATOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP OR THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, SECURE, ACCESSIBLE OR FREE FROM ERRORS OR DEFECTS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER TO INVESTIGATE WHETHER USE OF THE SERVICES WILL MEET THEIR REQUIREMENTS.
Bookings:
When is a Booking Made?
A Booking is confirmed when TEER Mobility provides notification of the estimated pick-up time. Users must have evidence of their Booking on the App for the driver.
- Multiple Passengers: Users must notify TEER Mobility at the time of booking if additional passengers will accompany them. Failure to notify may result in refusal of carriage to additional passengers.
- Seat Allocation: TEER Mobility does not provide allocated seating. Users are responsible for selecting a seat, and seatbelt usage is the User’s responsibility.
Changes to Bookings:
- Changes to MaaS Bookings (TEER Mobility App): Users utilizing TEER Mobility’s MaaS platform can make changes to their bookings through the TEER Mobility app. It allows for the cancellation of trips directly within the app. However, users are advised that repeated cancellations without notice may lead to restrictions on future bookings.
- Changes to On-Demand Service Bookings (DOLAA App): Users relying on DOLAA™ for on-demand services have the flexibility to modify or cancel their bookings using the DOLAA™ app. It’s important to note that repeated cancellations without prior notice may result in limitations on future on-demand service bookings.
Conditions of Carriage:
Users agree to abide by relevant regulations and policies, including TEER Mobility’s Conditions of Carriage available on their website.
Privacy and Personal Information:
Users may disclose personal information when using the App or Operator website, treated according to TEER Mobility’s Privacy Policy. Information may be used for analytics, research, and product development.
Ownership of Intellectual Property:
All Intellectual Property associated with the Services is owned by TEER Mobility. Users are granted a license to use the App for specified purposes. Uploaded material becomes TEER Mobility’s property.
Limitation of Liability:
TEER Mobility will, at all times, use best endeavors to deliver the Services in line with these terms and conditions, the Conditions of Carriage, and the Customer Charter.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OPERATOR AND ITS ASSOCIATED PARTIES ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS (INCLUDING DIRECT OR INDIRECT LOSSES, DAMAGE, LIABILITY, OR EXPENSES ARISING NATURALLY FROM THE PERFORMANCE OR NON-PERFORMANCE (INCLUDING ANY NEGLIGENT OR WILFUL ACT OR OMISSION) ANY BREACH OR DEFAULT BY OPERATOR OR A THIRD PARTY) CAUSED BY OR CONTRIBUTED TO BY THE USER’S USE OF THE APP OR THE SERVICES.
WITHOUT LIMITING THIS SECTION, OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY COSTS INCURRED BY A USER AS A RESULT OF A CANCELLED SERVICE, INCLUDING CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR THE COST OF ALTERNATIVE TRAVEL ARRANGEMENTS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION FOR ANY FAILURE TO MEET A SUBSEQUENT JOURNEY ON ANY FORM OF TRANSPORT.
SUBJECT TO THE BELOW, IN NO EVENT WILL OPERATOR’S LIABILITY TO A USER EXCEED 1,00 (INR) IN RELATION TO ANY INCIDENT OR CLAIM.
You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Indemnity:
YOU AGREE TO INDEMNIFY OPERATOR, AND ASSOCIATED PARTIES, AS WELL AS THEIR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, LIABILITIES, LOSSES AND EXPENSES ARISING FROM OR IN CONNECTION WITH: YOUR USE OF THE APP AND/OR THE SERVICES; YOUR BREACH OR VIOLATION OF ANY OF THESE TERMS; OPERATOR’S USE OF INFORMATION PROVIDED BY YOU (PROVIDED THIS IS IN ACCORDANCE WITH OUR PRIVACY POLICY); OR YOUR VIOLATION OF THE RIGHTS OF ANY THIRD PARTIES, INCLUDING THIRD PARTY PROVIDERS AND OTHER USERS.
Suspension or Termination of Accounts:
Repeated poor ratings may result in TEER Mobility prohibiting a User from using the Services and/or suspending their account.

- General Provisions: Relationship between the Parties: In relation to the performance of Services, TEER Mobility will provide the Services as an independent contractor. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions constitutes an employment relationship, partnership, or agency between the parties.
- Applicable Law: Applicable Law for TEER Mobility App (MaaS) and DOLAA™ App (On-Demand Service): The use of both the TEER Mobility app and its associated Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) and the DOLAA™ app and its On-Demand services will be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of New Delhi, India. Users engaging with either platform agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi for any legal matters related to the services.
- Entire Agreement: This document records the entire agreement between the parties. The parties exclude all terms implied by law. Neither party has given any warranty or made any representation to the other party about the Services, other than those warranties and representations expressed in this document.
- Severance: In the event that any term should be held to be unenforceable, that term shall be read down or severed, and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to apply to the Services.
