- DOLAA™ App: The customer application for On-Demand services available on Google Play and Apple iTunes stores.
- TEER Mobility App: The customer application for Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) available on Google Play and Apple iTunes stores.
- Booking: A confirmed agreement for TEER Mobility to pick up the User and transport them to an agreed location.
- Conditions of Carriage: Policies applicable to Users when using the Services, available on the TEER Mobility website.
- Service Region: The geographical zone where the service is available for On-Demand and MaaS services.
- Services: Provision of shuttle services, including On-Demand and MaaS services, by or on behalf of TEER Mobility Solution Pvt Ltd within a dedicated region and available to be booked by the User.
- Operator: Refers to the Community Transport Company.
- User: Any individual downloading the DOLAA™ App for On-Demand services and/or using the TEER Mobility App for MaaS.
Description of the Services:
On-Demand Services: DOLAA™, the on-demand service provided by TEER Mobility Solution Pvt Ltd, offers users the convenience of instant transportation at their fingertips. With DOLAA™, users can request rides on-the-go, whether it’s a quick trip across town, a ride to the airport, or a reliable transportation option for daily commutes. The app’s intuitive interface ensures a seamless experience, allowing users to book, track, and pay for their rides with ease.
Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) Services: TEER Mobility’s MaaS platform revolutionizes transportation by providing a comprehensive solution for users seeking diverse mobility options. MaaS integrates various transportation modes, such as public transit, ridesharing, bike-sharing, and more, into a single, user-friendly platform. Users can effortlessly plan, book, and pay for their entire journey through the TEER Mobility app, making transportation not just convenient but also sustainable. MaaS offers real-time information, route planning, and secure payment options, ensuring a smooth and efficient travel experience tailored to individual needs.
Account Requirements:
To access the On-Demand services through the DOLAA™ App and MaaS services through the TEER Mobility App, Users will need to create an account in the respective app. The creation of an account will require the provision of Personal Information. Operator will treat all Personal Information provided by the User in accordance with our Privacy Policy – TEER Mobility Privacy Policy.
By becoming a User, individuals warrant that they have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and abide by these terms and conditions and agree not to allow any other person access to their account.
TO BOARD A VEHICLE USERS MUST HAVE A BOOKING – Operator Vehicles will not, under any circumstances, pick up passengers hailing Vehicles or waiting at ranks. OPERATOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP OR THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, SECURE, ACCESSIBLE, OR FREE FROM ERRORS OR DEFECTS. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE USER TO INVESTIGATE WHETHER USE OF THE SERVICES WILL MEET THEIR REQUIREMENTS.
Bookings:
On-Demand Service Bookings: DOLAA™, our on-demand service, brings unparalleled convenience to your fingertips. Booking a ride with DOLAA™ is simple – just open the app, enter your destination, and choose your preferred vehicle type. The app will connect you with the nearest available driver, and you can track their arrival in real-time. Once the ride is complete, payment is seamless through the app, eliminating the need for cash transactions. DOLAA™ provides the flexibility to book rides on the spot or schedule them in advance, ensuring you have reliable transportation whenever you need it.
Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) Service Bookings: TEER Mobility’s MaaS platform redefines the way you plan and book your journeys. With MaaS, users can access a wide range of transportation options seamlessly integrated into a single app. To book a journey, simply open the TEER Mobility app, enter your starting point and destination, and the platform will provide you with a curated list of transportation choices, including public transit, ridesharing, and more. MaaS allows you to plan multi-modal trips, combining different transportation modes for a smooth and efficient journey. The app handles payments, making it easy to pay for all your transportation needs in one place.
Conditions of Carriage:
Users agree to abide by relevant regulations and policies, including TEER Mobility’s Conditions of Carriage available on their website, applicable to On-Demand and MaaS services.
Privacy and Personal Information:
Users may disclose personal information when using the DOLAA™ App or TEER Mobility App, treated according to TEER Mobility’s Privacy Policy. Information may be used for analytics, research, and product development, including for On-Demand and MaaS services.
Ownership of Intellectual Property:
All Intellectual Property associated with the Services, including On-Demand and MaaS services, is owned by TEER Mobility Solution Pvt Ltd. Users are granted a license to use the respective app for specified purposes. Uploaded material becomes TEER Mobility’s property.
Limitation of Liability:
Liability for On-Demand Services: DOLAA™ takes utmost care to ensure a safe and secure transportation experience for all users. While we strive to provide reliable and efficient services, it’s important to note that DOLAA™ and its associated parties cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused during the use of the on-demand service. Users are encouraged to adhere to safety guidelines, and DOLAA™ recommends verifying driver details before boarding a vehicle. In the event of unforeseen circumstances or service disruptions, DOLAA™ will make every effort to address issues promptly, but the service operates with the understanding that some situations may be beyond our control.
Liability for Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) Bookings: TEER Mobility’s MaaS platform aggregates various transportation services for your convenience. While we prioritize safety and reliability, users should acknowledge that the liability for each mode of transportation (public transit, ridesharing, etc.) rests with the respective service provider. TEER Mobility assumes no liability for incidents that may occur during the use of individual transportation services booked through the MaaS platform. Users are encouraged to review and comply with the terms and conditions of each service provider. In the event of disruptions or issues, TEER Mobility will assist users in connecting with the relevant service providers to address concerns.
Indemnity for On-Demand Services: By utilizing DOLAA™’s on-demand services, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless DOLAA™, its associated parties, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the user’s use of the on-demand service. This includes, but is not limited to, claims related to personal injury, property damage, or any violations of these terms and conditions. Users further indemnify DOLAA™ against any claims arising from the user’s violation of the rights of third parties, including other users and service providers.
Indemnity for Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS) Bookings: When making bookings through TEER Mobility’s MaaS platform, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless TEER Mobility, its associated parties, and their directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the user’s use of transportation services facilitated by the MaaS platform. This includes claims related to personal injury, property damage, or any violations of the terms and conditions set forth by the individual service providers. Users also indemnify TEER Mobility against any claims arising from the user’s violation of the rights of third parties, including other users and service providers.
Suspension or Termination of Accounts:
Repeated poor ratings may result in TEER Mobility prohibiting a User from using the Services and/or suspending their account, applicable to On-Demand and MaaS services.

General Provisions:

Independent Contractor Relationship: DOLAA™, when providing on-demand services, operates as an independent contractor. There is no employment relationship, partnership, or agency between the user and DOLAA™.

Applicable Law: The use of DOLAA™’s on-demand services is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Relevant Jurisdiction]. Users submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.

Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the user and DOLAA™, excluding all terms implied by law. No party has given any warranty or made any representation other than those expressly stated in these terms.

Severance: In the event that any term is held to be unenforceable, it shall be read down or severed, and the remainder of these terms and conditions shall continue to apply.
