5. How do I book a trip with TEER Mobility and DOLAA™? Trips can be booked through the TEER Mobility App for MaaS or the DOLAA™ App for On-Demand services. Provide necessary details like your name, address, phone number, trip details, and preferences for a smooth experience.

6. What are the fares and charges for TEER Mobility and DOLAA™ services? Fares for TEER Mobility services and DOLAA™ On-Demand services are displayed during booking and determined based on the trip’s distance. Payment is processed according to the selected payment method.

7. When will my ride arrive? Be ready for your booked ride within the estimated window, 15 minutes before and 15 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time for TEER Mobility. For DOLAA™, immediate transportation is available upon request.

8. Can I make changes to my booking? Yes, changes or cancellations for TEER Mobility can be made through the TEER Mobility App. DOLAA™ allows flexibility for immediate On-Demand bookings.
